Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
